Rental Agreement can be signed digitally
Recent rental transaction was done wherein the Landlord was based in UK and couldn't come to India due to lockdown restrictions, So tenant signed his copy of agreement and the same was scanned and mailed to the Landlord which was duly signed and scanned and sent back for the reference of Tenant.
